MFG Vial trays fully integrate with automatic tray loading and unloading machinery.
The opening gate on MFG Vial trays allows automatic tray loaders and unloaders to move the vials into trays and out of the trays by sliding and not lifting. The MFG Vial tray gates drop smoothly into place and do not pop out and have been shown to be more robust than metal tray equivalents, minimising product loss from spills.
The trays have a slippery surface for easy sliding of the vials onto and off the trays.
The trays also feature a tapered front bottom lip to further assist the load/unload process.
The MFG Vial trays are also designed for easy manual lifting and stacking, featuring a more secure finger grip than equivalent metal trays making the MFG trays better ergonomically and resulting in a lower number dropped trays and less product loss.
The MFG Vial trays can replace existing stainless steel trays and aluminium Teflon coated trays with gates.
The MFG Vial trays are typically only 20% of the cost of existing metal vial trays and MFG can manufacture new tooling to enable their Vial trays to fit and function with existing metal vial tray stock and run on existing loading and unloading automatic machinery. In comparison, metal trays are often custom built at much higher prices than the MFG composite plastic Vial tray equivalents.
MFG Pharm trays can be safely disposed of by incineration, if needed, to eliminate difficult to remove pharmaceutical contamination. This saves on expensive and time consuming and labour intensive cleaning of metal trays. Any damaged, uncontaminated trays can also be safely disposed of in land fill sites.

MFG Vial trays have excellent stacking characteristics. They are stable in the stack with high loads and there is no creep or distortion. In fact, MFG Vial trays have been shown to be more reliable and stable in the stack than metal tray equivalents.
In addition, more MFG trays can loaded onto each stack, thus minimising load shifting with forklift trucks around the plant.
